Parker - 5 months
We took Parker to the doctor last week to up his reflux meds and he is up to 16 lbs 7.5 oz! He is changing so fast. He babbles all the time. He won't stay on his tummy to save his life, he will instantly roll to his back. He puts EVERYTHING in his mouth. I think his hair is starting to grown again. He is now refusing to take a bottle. We've been working on it, but so far no luck. We started trying to feed him cereal, but he does not care for it so far. That is about the same face he makes when I try to give him a bottle. He also has this little crooked smile that I love. And when he is already a flirt. He'll look at new people and stare at them for a while, then turn his head toward me with his crooked smile. He is the cutest thing!

New cousin!
One good thing about our vacation, Spencer and Sarah's baby decided to come the Wednesday before we went to Wichita, so our timing was good and we got to meet him! Colin Spencer Post was born Sept 7th. He was 6 lbs 9 oz which is only 2 oz less than Parker when he was born. But he seemed so little compared to Parker already. Welcome little one!

Spencer has setup a zip line in his backyard. And Madison thought it was the greatest thing ever.

Unsuccessful Vacation
In early September we went to Wichita. It was supposed to be for the week. We were going to do some fun things with Madison and have my parents do some babysitting. But Parker decided not to cooperate. He was sleeping from 7pm-7am and only eating once. But by the time we left he was getting up every 4 hours. He also decided a week or so before we went that he didn't want to eat from a bottle anymore. So we ended up coming home a few days early so we could get Parker back on schedule. We did manage to have some fun though.
We went to the Cosmosphere in Hutch one day. Including lunch at the Carriage Crossing.

Dad's Birthday
My dad's birthday is September 11th. And 10 years ago on Sept 11, he was home alone. I had just had surgery on my knee the day before so Mom was up in KC helping me. So for the 10th anniversary it was kind of fitting that the entire family plus kiddos were all home this year. Happy Birthday Dad!
Oh and yes, that is Issac grabbing a candle off the cake :)
